We developed a strategy for a women’s multi-brand store in São Paulo, Brazil. Our target is aged 25 and up, cultured, with high income and sophisticated style. The brand selection includes 7 black labels, 3 designers, 10 contemporary brands, 30 product brands and 5 emerging designers from the USA, which was based on the preferences of the women from São Paulo, the current status of the relevant market and the fall/winter weather. The chosen location for the store is Higienópolis mall for reasons of convenience and safety. The inspiration for the store was a French art gallery of the 20th century aristocracy. The store plan is divided on 4 main areas that resemble an art gallery layout: two sections for day (casual and corporate), one night section and one for accessories. We also chose to collaborate with local painters in packaging and the store decor.
